This chapter focuses primarily on Izuku's past, or more specifically, when he was captured by LOV. It was mentioned in the first and second chapters when Izuku revealed that he had panic attacks because of the handcuffs and that he had two handprint-shaped scars on his body, over his heart and on his right hip.
Summary of the parts in italics: Izuku woke up naked, tied up, and handcuffed to a chair in the basement of the LOV hideout. Dabi was the first to greet him, and Shigaraki came after. There was also a corpse in the room with him that looked suspiciously like Izuku."
