Good afternoon I just got a call from my attorney and he informed me we had a hearing schedule for may 12th regarding me not getting TTD benefits and he literally called me right now stating defense said even though doctor who performed my surgery placed me off work , I was not placed on TTD , has this happened to anyone I’m literally confused about WTF is going I was placed off work for 9 weeks bills are backed up !
