Can somebody explain me how does it works? Like, look, I understand that Thunder's Oracle Peal (tap_E+tap_E then tap_Q) enables Four Realms Align (tap_E+hold_E than tap_Q, field after activation to be precise), but each bolt strike deals only 60% of damage. Is it? Yet somehow it doesn't work. I've seen this intron working in action multiple times, but not on every stage and not always in open world (somewhy?). But now I see it doesn't work at all. Maybe I missing something or it really doesn't work? Does that mean that we have first stage of intron not working at all? Just "empty" intron, eh? Still I can't stop thinking I just miss something somewhere.
