I remember playing this on my cousin's phone when i was maybe 4 or 6? I believe we could shapeshift into animals and wander about the city? I mostly remember playing as a goat and i think skating around on a skateboard

Hello! I'm not a new DND player, but since i no longer have friends to play with, i tried to look for video games dnd-like/rpg. I play Wayfarer on itch.io but its not done yet, sadly, so i tried to look for other games. Sadly, no free games caught my eye with my (kinda dumb) requirements (free, playable on browser (if much interesting, might download), with possible romance)
So i turned to payed video games, and I am not able to put 80 euros for Baldur's Gate III (i won't sell a kidney) so i hesitate between some games of the following :
The Elder Scrolls III
The Elder Scrolls IV
The Witcher III
I need help to choose what would be the best
Because i really want something DnD like, where i can make my own player. But i wouldn't mind something like the Witcher
