Hi all.

As the title suggests, im in need of help as I have now received a second violation for "counterfit or knockoff goods" when everything is 100% legit.

I have a shop that sells playimg cards, pokemon, one piece cards etc. The first time round I appealed through the online system, twice, gave everything I had to prove they are legit and the AI system rejected it pretty much immediately and just enforced it.

Anyone been through this and have any advice as to what might be triggering these violations?

Nobody has even purchased any of the cards that are now under question, so I know its not a customer complaining.
