i Have booked a flight from mumbai to guhwati for 4th may , now sudden change of plans i wont be going to guhwati and called akasa air to cancel the flight and they will be charging 4k as penalty and will transfer the amount to third party agent aka goibibo , but i read goibibio cancellation terms they said it will be non refundable, so should i cancel the flight ? will i get my remaining refund?
