After three kids, I took the plunge to get a very conservative BA. I know this is an unpopular opinion, but I never had big boobs and never wanted them, I just kind of wanted to restore my deflated boobs post three babies. I went with 230 cc mentors moderate/high profiles because my main concern was upper pole fullness. My surgeon really seemed to understand what I was looking for, and I provided a lot of Inspo pics. I’m only one week out, but I am feeling like they are way too big on my frame. I’m 5’7 and a pretty slim build. I feel like I’m too top-heavy. I guess my question is, how much do they go down over time. I know that they will soften and drop, but my concern is the projection from the side seems so severe since I don’t have a big butt… everyone keeps telling me I’m going to look back and wish they look like this again, but I really really don’t think that’s the case!
