How do I get to this side of the map?

I am trying to get the last giant blessing and cannot figure out how to get to this side of the map.
I have been wondering around for an embarrassing amount of time and keep hitting dead ends.
I tried to get to the path on the west side of the map but it’s a steep drop off and there does not appear to be any landing or ways to drop down safely. I’ve gone into multiple caves hoping it would spit me out on the other side, but no luck.
Any advice is helpful!
