I already passed my assessment, initial & final interview, passed all the needed documents within the time period and completed all the onboarding tasks on their website. My start date is today and I still haven't received any updates in regards with their schedule despite multiple emails asking for follow ups. I still have no clue what shift is this account since they didn't mention it during our initial and final interview. My friend who was assigned in a different account had a meeting with their recruiter in regards with what to expect (shift / introduction to the account / LOBs and such). Soooo i was kinda expecting that I'll have the same but today is my start date already (11am) and still no updates about the schedule. I've been waiting since last night till 6am 🫠
