There are 3028 psa 10s with a gem rate of 27.42% and 3669 CGC 10 pristines with 35112 total copies graded through CGC. So that's like a 10.44% pristine rate. I don't expect the price to be 1 to 1 with psa 10, but CGC 10 pristine is basically selling for half of a psa 10.
