I just wanted to share that I had a fabulous experience at Ferragamo in London (I'm from the US). I went in having no real intention (yet strong curiosity) of buying a bag, and I walked out with the Hug Crossbody. The sales associate was friendly, helpful, and patient, but not pushy. And of course, the bag itself is gorgeous, feels very premium, and will likely be a staple in my handbag rotation for years to come. While I had no intention of spontaneously purchasing a luxury bag, it just felt right. I have seen nothing but positive praise in this sub on Ferragamo, so I just wanted to share my experience and cosign what others have said. I'm happy to be part of the Ferragamo family, and they will definitely be top of mind when I'm ready for my next luxury purchase (and frankly, I think they are underrated). This experience is what it's about, and also reminded me why shopping in person has perks over ordering online. Thank you, Ferragamo, you made my day (and trip)! 💙 (This is the graphite color with silver hardware, which is a gorgeous dusky blue in person-see second pic in comments).
