Three highway patrol vehicles with emergency lights driving very fast going south of Fargo on I29, any idea what’s up south of town?

Not sure if this is allowed. But I recently started r/ND_BehavioralHealth to have a dedicated space for people to ask questions about mental health, connect people to local providers, connect providers to one another, have a space for local providers to confidentially discuss, etc. I’ll be posting questions periodically to try getting the all rolling and engaging people. It would be great if others would help grow the community!
