Hello, I'm building my first pc and was wondering if I could just not format the boot drive ssd from my old computer and plug straight into my new pc, would it cause problems?

Hello, these are the parts I picked for my first build, any precautions or advices for me is greatly appreciated since it is my first time building a pc.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D

CPU Cooler: Deciding between getting a new one (Arctic Liquid Freezer III Pro 360), or keeping my old one (Corsair H150i)

RAM: G.Skill Flare X5 32GB DDR5-6000 CL36

Storage: I'll be moving my ssd from my old pc to the new one

Motherboard: MSI X870E-P PRO WIFI AMD AM5 ATX Motherboard

GPU: Asus Tuf Gaming OC RTX 5070Ti

Case: Lian Li Lancool 217 (Or any recommendations for good temp cases?)

PSU: MSI MAG A750GL PCIE5 750W 80+ Gold
