I work at an opticians and have done so for the last 2 years as a qualified optical assistant. I've had my lenses reglazed recently and decided to adjust them (as my LTB was a bit far back.) In typical RayBan fashion, the plastic snapped slightly during adjustment on the right arm. They still function and work but the build quality of something I paid $400 for is absolutely terrible. I see why we're advised to never adjust RayBan frames now. Super disappointed!
