Full time and cross training??
Hey! I’ve been with Publix close to a year and I’m loving don’t get me wrong. I’m wanting full time tho or at least 35 hours. I’m in customer service CSM had promised that I would be trained on CSS soonish and it’s been months since and I’ve mentioned it today and she said it’s would be at last 6 months before then. And I was told that you can’t get full time as CS unless you are management or CSS. I’ve grown impatient and I’m really frustrated with my CS and I’m planing on talking to do DM about her treatment. Instead of training me behind the desk she’s offered for me to go seafood bc they are needing help which I’m more than willing to help them out. If I’m understanding it correctly I could technically get full time at seafood. So would my job title need to be changed before they consider it like cashier to seafood clerk
My availability is all day everyday. I come in for call outs. I do my job I generally don’t know what CSM issues is??
