I just assembled my E7 Plus Max. It raised and lowered perfectly a few times, the final time I raised it I received an E31 error and now it is stuck.

Steps I tried:

- Unplugging for 5 minutes and plugging back in

- Unplugging for 18 minutes and plugging back in

- Unplugging for 30 minutes and plugging back in

- Holding the "M" and "Stand" button until it beeped twice

- Unplugged all cables connecting to control box + power, waiting, plugging back in

- Combination of all of the above.

I have only seen one other post about this error, https://www.reddit.com/r/FlexiSpot_Official/comments/1d9qotx/flexispot_e7q_problem/ and it appears that the desk was indeed dead. Is there anything that can be done to salvage this?
