I lost my S26 Ultra and claimed it as a loss and I only have theft and loss NY coverage but after my claim was approved, I got two separate emails that says they’re expecting my defective S26 Ultra back? What defective device? Also, why does the address portion not show my House number and Street name? I called Care+ CS and the guy said the warehouse does have my house number and street address but on the status emails and the website it’s just showing floor, city and Zip. WTH 🤦🏽‍♂️
