So ill be going to japan in a week and wanted to get a camera for the trip , im planning to buy it in japan used market in tokyo or maybe countryside (for a higher chance of getting amazing deals since tokyo is full of Chinese resellers and the chances of getting a great deal is lower since it a highly tourist city) i have never been a photographer or anything with camera knowledge , I have a osmo pocket 3 tho which I use for vlogging and I think its more than enough for video so im MAINLY focused on photo on this camera , ive done a couple fo weeks of YouTube research and I DO know that lenses matters more than the body itself.

I also do wanna say im not a fan of buying things online, i do like touching or seeing the stuffs in person before buying it.

Budget: 500 to 700 dollars body and lenses

Country: Japan

Condition: Both used (scuffs gives them history and character , if it works how its supposed to work then it works for me)

Type of Camera: anything but not full frame since its way more expensive.

Intended use: Photography only (osmo pocket 3 is enough for me for now)

If photography; what style: a bit of everything.

If video what style:

What features do you absolutely need: i would say only a viewfinder since its reccomended for beginners...

What features would be nice to have:

Portability: doesn't need to be extremely portable but also not too big that I need a backpack for the body and lens.

Cameras you're considering:

So i have a few:

1.Sony a6000 ~6300 paired with either sigma 18-50mm or tamron 17-70mm.

2.Olympus em1

3.fuji xt1 or xt2

Cameras you already have: the osmo pocket 3 if you can count it as camera and my Samsung s24 ultra.

Notes: so mainly ill use the camera is as a hobby , nothing professional or career , travel too as im entering the 30s age I want to have as much memories as I can have so in a future my kids or grandkids can see them or even giving it to them in the future (who knows with a good care of the camera).
