How is it that, in this day in age, with access to millions of people across the globe at our fingertips, it's harder than ever to find your person?
I have never married and I have no kids (both by choice) from the southeastern U.S. Trying this again with fingers crossed.
I am mostly a homebody, but I do enjoy going out to festivals, concerts, traveling, and hopefully I'm able to see as much of this earth before I become a part of it.
I have an alternative vibe, I suppose. i.e. Tattoos, wearing a lot of black and band Ts with ripped jeans etc.
I don't like taking "selfies" and I do not post myself or my life online, so bare with me, but here's me anyway:
I love to laugh and make others laugh, and I am usually known for being the class clown in social settings when my social anxiety decides to take a back seat.
I was a chef for many years, and now I work from home in insurance, and I am bored out of my mind. But, with this job I was able to purchase my own home and set some things in motion for myself.
I am currently on a work trip schmoozing with the big wigs and that is something that this rough around-the-edges' chef never thought would be her life. I always thought I was going to be in a rock band touring the world or bumping elbows with chef Ramsey, but even though what I do now is boring af, it provides where I need it to, so I'll take it.
In my spare time I like to play games (PC) or make something, whether that be perfumes, jewelry, candles, food, music. I am very much a creative.
I'm looking for someone who has been through it and has come out the other side having learned a thing or two. Someone who has taken accountability for the things that they have fucked up, has taken the steps to grow and evolve, and is now a much better person for it. Someone who has a greater appreciation for themselves and others. Someone who has emotional maturity and social awareness and is respectful and thoughtful and kind.
