Ok I know this is fairly benign but could someone explain what these things mean? Specifically what does SA stand for? Sinus arrhythmia?

For context I am a 25 year old female with mild left ventricular hypertrophy- diagnosed over 2 years ago and getting follow up echo next month. Wore this monitor because there was concern on my watch ekg for possible SVT or atrial tachycardia. I was only able to wear the patch for 3 days due to my skin starting to blister
