First time grader questions.
Hi. So I am going to Collect-A-Con Cleveland tomorrow which has a PSA booth with onsite submissions. I’ve never submitted to PSA before and had some questions.
These in person submissions are just drop offs, correct? I won’t walk away same day with a graded card?
Will I be paying the same amount per card as if I shipped cards to PSA?
Regarding the Max Insured Value, that’s the value of the card post-grade correct? I saw something about up-charging, can I just send in cards that if they get a 10 for example, they would be worth more than the Max Insured Value for the tier I submitted with, and they’d up-charge as needed?
I’ve seen a bunch of mobile apps that claim they can predict the grade they’d get. Are any of these actually truly accurate/reputable?
