Just want clarification on time off for paternity leave. I’ve scheduled my normal vacation up to my wife’s due date. Do I need to work the 13 days a month to not lose vacation in 2027, or does the paid Fmla leave cover me for the remainder of the year. She’s due sept 19, I have my last two weeks of vacation scheduled the week of and after and planned on taking the 8 weeks paid after that
