Does anyone has this book - Computer Systems: A Programmer's Perspective (US Edition, not global)
The US edition on Amazon is damn pricy. I'm willing to purchase a used book or use some trusted websites to get the PDF printed. Any recommendations? I have the 2nd edition PDF with me.
