I sent a deposit below the minimum amount of 0.004. The second deposit is also below that amount but I “thought” they stacked”.

Both were $5.70 so together they total more than the minimum amount. At least that was my thought process.

Support told me there’s no crediting my account and essentially I’m screwed.

This is so not cool, Kraken.

Hi, I transferred over $5.7 of ethereum twice from another wallet over to my Kraken wallet thinking it would meet the minimum but I haven’t received anything yet…I don’t know what to do. Support takes ages and I am afraid of the possibility I lost my money.

I’ve noticed when the first of the month is on a weekend we receive a crypto bonus on the 3rd.
Tomorrow is Friday the 1st so we should be getting the crypto bonus tomorrow
