The way he is talking is the main thing for me. Particulary the way he directly addresses nidhogg and nika like he knows them personally, with those specific names. I Think the "Devil" in imu's devil fruit, presumeably which is the main villain of the first world, has completely taken over his will. Based on his looks, most likely the original imu was a lunarian maybe even a friend or on good terms with joyboy. The question is what led the original imu to eat the "devil" fruit?
