Am I wrong for wanting to play this deck?
Was wanting to see if i can get some opinions on this. One of my favorite decks to play is the heads i win tails you lose secret lair deck (https://archidekt.com/decks/5273567/heads\_i\_win\_tails\_you\_lose\_secret\_lair\_drop)
Anyways we are at MagicCon this past weekend and I only play that deck in person not over tabletop anymore. My two friends pull out an upgrade ureni precon and a scion of the urdragon deck (both some form of bracket 3). I say im gonna pull out my coin flip deck and they both stop me saying it’s boring to play against. I was confused by this and tried to ask more but they said well you just do the same thing and go for the same win con every time (Kracks thumb to commander damage). They also said it was essentially a timer until I win the game as once i got protection on my commander I was hard to stop (or something along those lines)
I just felt confused by that. I feel like if anything if you know what i’m going to do, you know how to react (which they brought up and said that’s the issue and then they are forced to play a certain way)
idk if i’m just missing something or if im just confused but yeah any input would be great!
