I lost my Asgardian Veteran IV title.

I never changed devices and always played on Nintendo Switch. I started in April 2022, if I remember correctly. I realized this because I upgraded from Asgardian Veteran IV to Jedi Master, and then today I wanted to upgrade back to Asgardian Veteran IV, but it was gone. I'd like your help to recover my title, please.
