Refurbished Xelsis Water Circulation Issue
I am in the US and purchased a refurbished Saeco Xelsis after having a cup of Cappuccino my friend made for me using her Xelsis. Unfortunately, after going through the AquaClean filter prep steps and plugging the machine in and turning it on, the machine cannot circulate water through the system. Error message said to dispense hot water a few times to fix the issue, but the hot water ends up in drip tray. After a few times of that, the machine cannot get out of the error screen to attempt anything else. Since I am in the US, I am not able to connect with customer care either. Lastly the refurbished machine was purchased last year and we didn't get to unpack and test the machine until way beyond their warranty (personal reason). Do you recommend any troubleshooting before I give up? Thanks in advance.
