Hi there! I’m looking for a digital artist to commission some art of my boy. Preferably someone skilled with felines as he’s a sabertooth tiger. My budget is ~$20, so of course head shots are fine, full body preferred. I don’t want a hyper realistic piece done, but also nothing chibi (yet). Nothing NSFW or suggestive please!

Feel free to DM price sheets and art examples or drop them in the comments!

Forgive me if this isn’t the correct flair

I made this premade curly tail that reminds me of sorbet! I’m still getting a hang of this whole social media thing and trying to post more on here and my Instagram. Let me know what you guys think!

I’m just curious on everyone’s preferred methods for making digitigrade body suits. I’ve seen techniques evolve and change throughout the years and just want to hear input on different methods. Some things I’ve seen:

  1. Digi feet paws with carved foam so the entire section below the knee is part of the paws.

Using this method I’ve seen makers use zippers or button snaps to attach to the body suit. I’ve also seen some make the body suit legs long enough to cover the connection without having to physically attach to the body suit

  1. Carved upholstery foam with/without using digi specific feet. Meaning, the calf portion can be made directly onto the digi feet like mentioned in method 1 or made separately from the feet

  2. Eva foam

  3. 3D printed legs and digi feet

  4. Removable Poly fil stuffed “pillows”

  5. Having the digi shape built directly into the body suit, not removable.

  6. Have digi feet attached to the body suit, not removable

Personally, I’ve always used method 5 because I like being able to remove the padding, throw it in the washer, and call it a day. Plus it reduces the need for foam carving. I’d try out 3D printing but I don’t own one. Just wanted to know if I should get a little frisky and try out other ways or stick with my tried and true. Let me know which method you use or if you use one I didn’t list!
