As the title says, I'm building a pc with the 7500x3d bundle from microcenter and a 750w psu. Looking for a GPU to go with the processor that is capable of 240hz 1080p gaming (probably low settings). Im a college student so staying relatively budget is something that is important to me.

I can get a 9060 xt on fb for $390, a 7900 xt or for $550, or a 9070 xt for $580-600.

Which of these would be the best option? The games Id like to play are cs, deadlock, tarkov, and rust (although I know this is a cpu intensive game so i dont really expect 240hz). There are some single player games in the mix too, but I dont really care about 240 hz in those.
