As the title says, I’m looking for an artist to design me a feminine anime male from the Victorian era. If you like drawing cute guys and elegant dresses, comment below and I’ll check your portfolio out.

I am primarily seeking an artist with anime style, since Ciel Phantomhive (pictured), is where my niche interest began a long time ago, but, I may consider styles that simply aren’t overly realistic.

Artists that’re LGBT friendly and/or can show me a femboy/victorian dress in their drawn portfolio, will get priority.
