I can’t find AP Documents for my recon car. It’s 8 years old. Found the old WhatsApp messages with the sales man and he tells me the company is closed and he can’t find it.

Car is fully paid off and I’m wanting to trade it in. New dealer is asking for the AP.

I have a photo of the document.

How do I go about getting a copy?
