When I click it, it shows I have 0/10 allowed devices. The site is broken and because I called XBox support first, now ALL of Microsoft's support numbers give me a quick info dump about xbox support online and then hang up on me. I genuinely cannot reach a customer service rep from Microsoft, can't remove old devices, and cannot play games I paid for. More reason to switch to Linux (aside from better performance and no slop) and stick to games on Steam.
Edit- after an hour with Microslop support, I found a workaround in the Windows store app by clicking the maximum devices icon or whatever on the store page for Minecraft, at which point the 10 devices showed on a list in the app with unlink icons. Microslop tech support was still "troubleshooting" when I discovered this. Garbage account design, garbage phone support, garbage chat support. Microslop indeed.
