Maybe someone more knowledgeable than me can help. I don't use Reddit often so just bare with me. I built my PC myself. Mostly new parts apart from the GPU, Motherboard and CPU which were from a computer I bought from a buddy. So I mashed the two computers into one that I wanted and sold the other. PC specs at the bottom.

I've been having this odd issue I've been dealing with for the past 2-3 years and I don't know what is causing it. Basically anywhere from every 3-6 months, my PC would turn off the display(black screen) on both my monitors, and all PC fans will kick up to 100% speed. I can still interact with my computer, I can click, hear things and whatever but can't see. I would be left with no choice but to force shut off the PC via the tower power button. I don't believe it matters if I'm playing games or idling but I know that its happened more while playing. Idk if that's just cause I spend 90% of the time playing games.

I've Google'd and even asked AI as to what my issues could be. I've also asked some buddies. I've been told either its a GPU or Power issue. Here's what I've tried:

-I used to have a 750W PSU so I thought "okay, I'll just buy a new one", got a 1000W. I know it's not the PSU as the issue still occurs.

-I have done GPU stress tests by 3DMark, OCCT, FurMark, and Heaven. No crashes, errors or anything abnormal.

-Ran "Power, CPU + RAM, and 3D Adaptive + VRAM" Stress tests on OCCT.

-I've checked my RAM with Windows Memory Diagnostic Tool, No errors. (I think I've used MemTest86 in the past but I'm not 100% sure)

-Updated all drivers and BIOS. Ran DISM and SFC.

This has been driving me nuts and I have no clue as to what could be causing this. Someone PLEASE help me with this.
