Hi! This might be a common question but I am struggling so hard with incorporatibg calisthenics to my workout. My main issie is that for ab and core workouts I cant engage my abs at all, or rather I don't know what that is supposed to be?

I been struggling with exercises like leg raaises and crunches/situps cause I feel pain everywhere except the abs. Neck pain, lower back pain, etc. Its been frustrating becuase I know a good core is the cornerstore of just about any workout.

I spent my last workout trying to figure out what I do wrong and I just cant seem to figure it out. I cant keep my lower back flat even when I try with the hollow ground position. The diamond shape under my tailbone just hurts my tailbone more, etc. And planks I am so not sure if Im doing them right.

How can I fix this? How can I make sure Im not wasting my time and more importantly not hurting myself?
