I was a booking.com partner, receiving commission whenever a visitor to our website booked through us with properties that we advertised. Booking.com cancelled my partner contract and said I should reapply for an affiliate contract. I did not reapply so received my final commission payment via PayPal. PayPal returned the funds in error and said I should contact paypalnlpayouts@booking.com to arrange a new payment. I have been emailing this email since January with zero response. I posted on the booking/com LinkedIn, Facebook, X and IG pages and they tell me I should contact the payment team via the extranet, but I can no longer access the extranet as I'm no longer a partner. They tell me to phone the regional number - so I phone and get call-center agents who don't speak English very well and I get cut off 3 times until I run out of airtime. After explaining all this I still get the booking.com social media response of "contact us via the extranet or phone your local number". They don't read our messages and reply with copy and paste generic garbage. I wonder if there is just one person in the whole of booking.com who has some pride in their jobs and who can empathise with us, and who will be willing to actually listen and provide the necessary solution?
