I have been having issues lately with my printer. The following are the problems.
-some models not releasing and letting go of the plate at the vary start.
-some limbs not printing
-supports letting go and falling into the vat,
-parts looking like a layer doesn't get printed and then hanging on by a pray.
I use the following
-anycubic slice,
-default light/med supports
-default release settings
- anycubic abs like resin 3 pro. (Problems kinda started when I switched to this, so maybe its the problem?)
-heated resin vat. Can't remember the temp off hand.
Things ive tried to fix this with.
-cleaning the build plate.
-leveling the plate.
-changing the release firm
-changing my screen protector.
-praying three different gods
-testing the curing screen to see if there are dead spots.
Any help of pointers would be amazing. Adding a picture for examples.
