My car was deemed a total loss in 2024 after being rear-ended by a Chevy Silverado in my Maxima. I was able to drive it and even pass inspection last April, but now the sticker is expired, and the car is no longer road legal or reliable enough to keep driving. If I cancel my insurance, will I get a higher rate when I buy another vehicle? I'd like to have bought one already, but I just haven't found anything yet. I've had consecutive insurance w the same company for 3 years now.
