Diabolical to say the least.

Last picture is one of the two customers, my guess is instacart split them up or one of the customers just canceled after waiting so long. I’m thinking they canceled because I’ve delivered to one of these pos customers in my early days (orders a sh*t ton and always tips $2) and she always orders to her workplace.

Btw it’s 9pm and the order is still sitting on my screen, gas and our time is too expensive for you to not tip and the store closes at 10pm

He proceeded to beat me to the restaurant and when I walked in he already had the order in his hands and proceeded to tell me to figure out what to do on my end, but that he already has his order and then left. Didn’t even get half pay for driving to the restaurant. I asked the restaurant employee why they didn’t confirm the order with the customer before handing him it and he just shrugged.
