Promo code appears to do nothing-- is this how they work?

There's a current offer for members getting 15% off on 3+ night stays. Promo page: https://www.marriott.com/offers/outdoor-offer-off-167754

I'm booking for 3 nights, the time I'm booking is within the valid stay dates, and the location is participating in the discount, so it SHOULD be valid. When searching using "Lowest regular rate" on the search options, a standard cabin has 3 options for members: flexible rate ($153), prepay non-refundable non-changeable ($139), stay longer and save ($142). However, adding the promo code to the "special rates" search does nothing to change this price.

I chatted with an employee and asked why the promo code didn't work and they insisted that the 142 price IS the 15% off price, even though the same option is available for non-members at $147 a night. They said they could not book something that wasn't showing on the site so I gave up that route. None of the rates change, member or not, when adding the discount code in. To me this seems like the promo code just isn't working and I'm not being given a discount, but am I just not understanding the system? Nothing that I'm seeing would explain how 142 is 15% off the regular rate.

Postcard Cabins in June?

I’m looking at staying at the Postcard Cabins (formerly Getaway House) in Osceola in mid-to-late June for a few days of off-the-grid quiet creative work. And then I remembered the bugs. And the temps. I’ll probably be inside during most of the hottest hours of the day, but enjoy a morning coffee outside or evening fire pit. I’m Kansas City based— are the bugs a lot worse out there than in KC? Has anyone stayed at the cabins and know about that area in particular? Thanks in advance!

▲ 3 r/Viola

I'm in a community orchestra and our director asked if anyone would be interested in filling in for a few Oklahoma! performances this summer. I believe there are 2 viola books/parts and there will be 2 violists apiece (24 people total for the ensemble) so it's a lot more exposed than I'm used to in a full orchestra setting and I want to be really certain I can manage it before committing. He wasn't able to give me a look at the music beforehand and assumed it would be easy to take a look at online somewhere like IMSLP, but the only full score I have been able to find find is a piano/vocal score. I don't have any info on the edition we're using, unfortunately. Any guidance on the difficulty level of it would be super useful! Or pieces of comparable difficulty, if there's a resource I haven't been able to find, anything along those lines would really help as well. Thanks!

edit: very fast complicated runs are my achilles heel, so guidance on that front would be especially useful!
