atrocious customer service
My dog liked Farmer's Dog for a few weeks, then refused to touch it. I thought maybe she just needed a break, so I called them to put a hold on the subscription. I never asked for advice, but the officious phone rep gave condescending, facile instruction, as if she were some kind of expert saving me from devastating concern. Then she inexplicably cancelled my account completely!
Well, I guess it's a good thing she cancelled my dog and me. This wasn't my only awful experience with FD's substandard customer service.
There are much better frozen dog food services out there.
