For a long time, I thought I was improving.
It felt like progress.
It wasn’t.
The loop
I always had ideas.
But I never executed them.
I kept telling myself:
- I need the perfect idea
- I’ll start at the right time
- I want to do it properly
So I waited.
And stayed the same.
The wake-up call
I watched a video:
“The Psychology of People Who Dream Big But Do Nothing.”
It hit hard.
I realized I wasn’t stuck because I lacked ideas.
I was stuck because I wasn’t taking action.
What I changed
Nothing crazy.
Just one rule:
>
No perfect plan. Just start.
On bad days:
“Do it for 5 minutes.”
That’s it.
What I’m doing now
I finally started.
Created an Instagram page.
Then a small social media agency: Prose Agency
Even launched a site:
👉 proseagency.me
It’s not perfect.
But it’s real.
The difference
I’m still figuring things out.
But I’m moving.
And that’s already more than years of just thinking.
If you’re stuck like I was:
Start small.
Do it badly.
Just start.
What’s something you’ve been putting off?
