I was in a situation recently where I was getting good traffic. Ads were bringing people in and everything looked fine at first. But there were almost no sales. It was honestly confusing. I started thinking maybe my product was not good enough. Then I thought maybe the pricing was wrong. I even changed ads again and again. But nothing really fixed the problem. Later I realized the issue was not one big mistake. It was a leak somewhere in the funnel. What helped me was to stop guessing and just observe what people were doing step by step. I tried to see the journey from their point of view. First thing I noticed was that people were clicking but leaving the page very quickly. That usually means what they expected to see and what they actually saw did not match. If someone clicks with a certain expectation and the page does not clearly match it they leave. Then there were people who stayed on the page but did not move forward. That felt like a trust problem. If the page does not clearly explain the value or does not feel reliable people hesitate and leave. The most painful part was when people reached checkout and still did not buy. That made me understand how sensitive that stage is. Even small things like extra steps or unexpected costs can stop someone from completing the purchase. The hardest part in all this was understanding where the problem actually was. I was checking ads data store data and analytics again and again but it was difficult to connect everything clearly. That is the reason I ended up building something for myself to track this better. Over time it turned into FlickBloom.com. It helped me see exactly where people were dropping off instead of just guessing and wasting money. From this experience one thing became very clear. If you are getting traffic but no sales it is usually not because there is no demand. It is usually because something is breaking the journey. I am curious to know from others.
