Good morning!

My fiancee and I are living in a rental home, and we recently purchased a travel trailer. We have Xfinity service and so does our neighbor. Our neighbors cable wire hangs very low across our driveway - so low we had to lift it up to get our camper into our driveway. We are planning a trip this weekend and we don't feel like we can safely get our camper moved out of our driveway without potentially tearing the cable down or worse, damaging our neighbors house at the attachment point. What can I do to get get some help with this low hanging wire?
