Hi! So, this is a newish account that I created months ago after my digital detox, so you won't find a lot of comment history in there.
I'm looking for a long term relationship that can hopefully be a lifelong one / lead to marriage.
About me:
I'm an atheist who left Islam around 10 years ago and don't really think about religion at all neither positively nor negatively.
My hobbies are quite introverted like reading, fishing 🎣 😄, and sometimes cooking. However, I have recently been going to raves and concerts but due to my location & introvertion I had only gone 5 times -Keinemusik at the pyramids, Cairokee and Amr Diab. I'm currently trying to pick up more outdoorsy activities.
I was a huge political nerd for years and consider myself on the lliberal/left spectrum, not a hard core socialist, just progressive. I like history a lot, particularly political & economic history and I can be a little chatty about the 1920s. That being said, after 2023, I stopped giving a lot of attention to politics and focus on my career. Basically, just watching from afar.
I'm from Mansoura & a medical doctor - a huge red flag by Twitter's criteria 😃
I plan to travel in two years from now to the US to begin my medical training there, so I hope this can be something we can agree on.
I'm 182 cm tall with average weight 84 kg and quite fit - not a six packs guy, but I will get there eventually 😄.
I don't drink, smoke or take drugs. I can probably try something like wine again in the future, but I'm not really interested in stronger beverages or smoking. An occasional drink or smoke is fine by me but nothing more🤏
Finally, I don't want children! Part of me was hesitant about this decision years ago, but I don't think I want kids and so this is something to keep in mind.
What I'm looking for:
Honestly? Don't know exactly but here's an idea:
No religious people, please! You have to be open minded and quite liberal in your social views. I don't like conservatives/ conservative values or any other reactionary ideas.
I want a genuine relationship with an independent and ambitious partner. By that I mean, someone who's hungry for the opportunities that the world can provide and can keep her composure even if she's standing by herself. That doesn't mean I won't have her back, I'll always will, I just worry too much about people close to me and thus I prefer someone who can stand her ground if I'm not there.
I don't care what career you're in/choose, just that it's a genuine one - Medicine, finance, designer, corporate law, tech...etc - and you are comitted to excel at it! I promise I'll be quite supportive in that regard.
Finally, and this is very important, I need someone who's planning to leave Egypt permanently!
