Curious if anyone else is having this issue.
For reference, I have a Galaxy S23 Ultra on AT&T. It's been great for just over 2 years.
Recently, my phone (as well as my wife's phone, same model, same issue) is no longer able to make calls, as well as not being able to receive them. When I try to call any number at all, I am greeted with a message stating "Number not valid". My phone hasn't rang in weeks despite people trying to call me. Even the Wi-Fi calling will not work. And yet somehow I can still use my mobile data just fine.
I'm really hoping someone on here might be able to provide some sort of insight, since I can't get a hold of any kind of support line to troubleshoot.
I have already tried just about every fix I could find online, short of a factory reset, but nothing seems to help. I've gone through both AT&T and Samsung chat supports, and I'm planning to visit my local AT&T store tomorrow, though my hopes are low for them to fix it..
