Anyone else going for a strict 1 cable setup for their M5?

I preordered the M5 Pro yesterday and I am determined to build a completely hidden cable setup for my home office before it gets here.

I have a dual monitor arm holding up two 27 inch LG 4K displays. I drilled a hole in my desk to route the cables for my Keychron Q1 and my Logitech mouse charger.

The centerpiece of the cable management is the Anker Prime DL7400 Dock. I mounted it right under the back edge of the desk. The reason I went with this one over the CalDigit TS4 is because it has the power supply built directly into the tower. There is no massive power brick to try and hide in a cable tray. I just ran one single standard power cord down the desk leg.

It pushes up to 140W to the MacBook so I just leave the laptop in a vertical stand and plug in the single USB-C cord. The desk looks completely wireless from the front.

Thoughts on the BYDFi anniversary event thresholds?

I’ve been doing some small memecoin trades on BYDFi, mostly because they have a good variety of pairs. I noticed their 6th-anniversary event in early April but honestly just ignored it. Usually, you need huge volume to get anything decent from these exchange events.

Then last week, I checked my account and saw that I had two draws from one of their events. My regular spot volume hit the threshold without adding extra volume. It surprised me cuz my volume is relatively low. I got two coupons that offset futures trading fees. It felt good for a bonus.

Is anyone else here trading on BYDFi? What do you guys think of the thresholds for their anniversary event?

Tired of juggling 4 different API subs and dashboards. any good all-in-one platform out there?

Hi everyone. I found managing multiple api keys and billing dashboards for different models is exhausting.

My current stack requires a mix: I need to route the heavy complex reasoning to Opus 4.6, but I dump the cheaper, repetitive execution-layer tasks to models like Kimi 2.5, MiMo-V2, and GLM-5.1

Is there any good all-in-one platform or token plan that lets me hit all these endpoints simultaneously? Prod stability and low latency are needed here since this is for an active workflow, so I don't want something that constantly drops requests. I’m fine with either a monthly sub or PAYG. I just need a way to stop checking 4 different websites every week to track my token spend.

What platform or plan are you using rn? I'd really appreciated any insights or recommendations!

Do small daily rituals actually help you get into a calmer mindset?

I’ve been trying to be more intentional with my mornings lately, especially before jumping into work or screens. One thing I’ve been experimenting with is taking a few minutes to sit quietly with a warm drink before starting the day. Nothing fancy, just a pause without distractions. I’ve noticed it helps me feel a bit more grounded and less reactive early in the day, but I’m curious if others here do something similar.

Do you have any small daily rituals that help you ease into a more mindful or calm state?

Are budget electric standing desks false economy?

I’m in the market for a standing desk and trying to decide whether it makes sense to buy an affordable electric model now or save longer for something more premium. There are plenty of lower-cost options from brands like Costway and similar companies that look solid on paper, but I’m wondering how they hold up after a year or two of daily use. Things like wobble, motor reliability, scratches, and general wear don’t always show up in first impressions. For anyone who’s owned a budget electric standing desk long term: did it hold up, or did you wish you’d spent more from the start?

Trying to figure out where the line is between smart value and buying twice.

Small balcony for a renter, worth furnishing or keep it minimal?

Just moved into a new apartment and it has a small balcony for the first time. Nothing huge, basically enough room for a couple chairs and maybe a tiny table, but I’d like to make it somewhere I actually use. My problem is I rent and usually move every few years, so I’m hesitant to buy bulky outdoor furniture that becomes a headache later. I’d rather get something compact, light enough to move, and not so expensive that I regret it when it’s time to sell or leave it behind. I’ve been looking at small 3-piece balcony sets from brands like Costway, IKEA, and similar budget options. Seems like the right size, but I’m wondering if those kinds of sets end up feeling cheap or become rusted junk after a season or two.

For people who’ve done the apartment balcony thing, did you invest in a proper setup, or just keep it simple with one chair and call it a day? Trying to make the space usable without creating future moving problems.

Just moved. What are the small things you set up in your bedroom first?

Closed on my first apartment last week and I'm sleeping on a mattress on the floor surrounded by boxes. The living room and kitchen can wait but I need my bedroom to feel livable ASAP because bad sleep is making everything else harder.

Got the bed frame built yesterday. Nightstand is next. I want to set it up right from the start instead of recreating the cable mess I had at my old place.

What are the first small things you put in your bedroom when you move? Trying to get a shortlist so I don't just throw random stuff on every surface.
