Like many of yall I’ve gotten hooked on Solidcore, 30 classes in after buying the 4+1 BF membership last year. I’ve been struggling with figuring out how to rework my non-SC strength training routine with SC in the mix. I typically work out 5-6 days a week but I’ve been taking rest days the day before and after a class because I’m…scared? Or something? Of overloading my body since SC is a full body workout.
Does anyone strength train the day before or after a class, and if so what do you do? Give me ideas please! I love Solidcore but don’t want it to make me workout less if that makes sense.
Unfortunately cardio is off the table right now, working through an injury that prevents me from running or biking. I have been prioritizing getting my steps in instead.
