I can get this for $200, and it’s running right - anything I should know or reconsider before doing so?

Is this a good deal for 300$?

He said the bike runs strong and has a predator motor, don’t really have much more info on the bike. Been on marketplace for a while so I’m going to try and lowball him for 150.
