31M - My living space
~80 square foot bedroom in a 4 bedroom apartment. Not pictured is the shared kitchen and bathroom. Everything I own is in here, with the exception of my car, and that is such a good feeling. I’ve been single for a little over 4 years, and I’ve moved 3 times in the last 2 years. With each move, rent has gotten cheaper and I’ve gotten rid of more stuff. I’m really not too sure what to do next.. Buy a van, buy a house, continue saving? I view this place as temporary, but this is my indefinite future state for now and it’s not too bad. $650/month, everything included. I’m saving a little fortune with this set up.
I used to have a cat here, hence all the cat shelves and tree, but I’m gone too much and felt guilty leaving her alone for so long, so I re-homed her with a family member. I miss her, but she’s much happier now.
Also, the projector is dope. So much better than mounting a tv. The only downfall with place is I’m not aloud guests, so I’m bummed that I can’t have someone over to cuddle for a movie night.
